Most of the DUI’s that we handle, are reduced or dismissed.
It is rare for us to suggest that a client plead guilty to a DUI. Not every DUI can be beat, but we are able to get rid of most of them. Your arrest was the government taking their best shot at building a case against you. Now it is our turn to tear that case apart. There is never a guarantee in a court of law, but we can promise you vast experience, skill, tenacity, effort and compassion. We tell you this to help you sleep at night while we, your attorneys, lay awake at night worried about how this is going to affect your life.
You need a reputable attorney.
You must hire an attorney who knows how to handle DUI’s and does so every day they go to work. We have an excellent reputation and we consistently exceed our client’s expectations. However, we realize that we are not the right “fit” for everyone.
We have several attorneys specializing in DUI, but if needed, we can refer you to other attorneys too. You need to feel that you have found the “right” DUI attorney for you. We care about people and, while we are in the business of being hired and making money, we are more concerned that you get what you need and that we give client’s and potential clients what they need.
Prepare for the Cost.
A good attorney is probably $5,000.00 to 12,000.00 and that is not your only likely cost. The evaluation we talked about above is $150.00 to $1,000.00. The ADIS is about $50.00 to $150.00. The VIP is $25.00 to $50.00. Court fees/fines (if you are convicted of something) will be approximately $500.00 to $1,500.00 (possibly more depending on what you are convicted of). Probation, if it is ordered, is about $50.00 a month and you will probably have to pay for 12 to 60 months of probation and you will have to pay for it up-front. If you need treatment, that will also be expensive.

You will feel the difference during the first conversation.
